The project, which saw the integration of the companies Serpelloni S.p.A. and Impresa Edile Lonardi S.r.l., gives birth to a new operational entity that aims to become the new point of reference in the construction landscape of Verona.
The new corporate reality emerges from the union of three historic companies, each deeply rooted in the region and with significant experience in the construction sector. Bottoli Costruzioni, also operating internationally through HLG Stav Bottoli, based in Bratislava, led the operation with the goal of creating a unique and valuable construction hub in the Verona market.

The operation, which involves the integration of the skills and resources of the three companies, strengthens Bottoli Costruzioni’s presence in both Verona and Mantua, with two operational offices and over 10,000 m² of covered warehouse space. The new operational entity will make use of a large shared fleet of machinery, equipment, and state-of-the-art construction tools to ensure maximum efficiency in project management.
One of the distinctive features of this integration is the highly qualified technical team, which, thanks to its extensive international experience and ongoing training, ensures a high level of competence across the various project stages. The new hub will rely on a team of 40 specialized workers and site managers, as well as strong support from project managers and site technicians who will handle every aspect of the projects with professionalism and precision.
