Restaurant and bar extension in wellness area, exterior works included

In March 2022 work began on expansion of Mjus Hotel of Kristilla Szolgáltáto és Kereskedelmi Society (OLIP Group), realized in 2015 from HLG STAV BOTTOLI in Körmend, Hungary, about 100 km from Graz.

The work is divided into three blocks:

– Block A: the restaurant room open on the terrace, will be extended by about 270m2; 

– Block B: service area will be extended by about 150 m2;

– Block C: wellness bar will be extended by about 100 m2;

– Block D / E: existing services and restaurant area will be completely renovated.

Amount: 535.000 EURO
