We obtained the Gender Equality Certification issued on the basis of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 practice. There are six assessment areas that characterise an inclusive organisation that respects gender equality:
• Culture and Strategy;
• Governance;
• Human Resources processes;
• Opportunities for growth and inclusion of women in the company;
• Equitable remuneration by gender;
• Protection of parenthood and work-life balance.
