In April 2024 we started renovation works of Palazzo Nuvolara and of the annexed building located in via Bonomi for the new UTR/ARPA offices in Mantova.
The sum total of the works is more than nine million euro.
The project includes the renovation of Palazzo Nuvolara, the refurbishment of Via Bonomi bulding interiors, the improvement of the system components and the connection of the two structures with a glazed walkway.
Coprat, Politecnica Ingegneria ed Architettura and Architetti Mannucci Associati handled the design.
